As a BIOVA LAB customer, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the applicable return conditions.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used hair-care products may not be eligible for return. We recommend keeping the product sealed and in its original condition if you are considering a return.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order information. Once your return is approved and received, eligible refunds will be processed according to our return policy.
